Commercial Roofing Estimator Requirements:

2 + Years of Roofing, Construction, or Estimating experience required Basic Computer and Math skills (i.e. using estimating software, spreadsheets, and preparing proposals or presentations) required Able to climb ladders, access roofs, take measurements, and complete site inspections required Travel within the regional area, with occasional early mornings based on job location required Estimating or Proposal Development experience preferred Commercial Roofing or Construction experience preferred Experience with Field inspection or Project Assessment preferred Experience with Flat or Low Slope Roofing(I.e. TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, or Metal) preferred

Commercial Roofing Estimator Responsibilities:
