Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate conceptual and hard bid estimates for ground-up commercial construction projects. Analyze drawings, specifications, subcontractor proposals, and project costs. Collaborate with operations, preconstruction, and executive leadership throughout the estimating process. Help develop and improve estimating systems and processes that support continued growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. Qualifications Experience estimating ground-up commercial construction projects for a general contractor. Strong knowledge of construction methods, pricing, and project delivery. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
