We are looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate estimates and detailed material takeoffs Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work Obtain and compare subcontractor and supplier pricing Develop project budgets and bid proposals Identify potential cost issues and scope gaps Work with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers

Requirements:

Commercial construction estimating experience preferred Strong knowledge of both residential and commercial construction materials, methods, and labor costs Ability to read, understand, and interpret architectural and engineering plans Proficient with Excel and estimating software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines Valid driver's license Proficiency in Job Tread Construction Management App is a plus Willing to take on additional Administrative tasks as needed

Pay:

Based on experience and qualifications.
