We are looking to hire a Senior Construction Estimator to support our growing commercial window replacement division. We specialize in projects for universities, schools, and large commercial facilities , with typical jobs ranging from $200K

• 2M , plus smaller $40K+ projects that help maintain steady workflow. This is a hands-on role working with plans, job sites, and our sales team — not just sitting behind a desk. What You'll Do Estimate commercial window replacement projects ($40K
• 2M+) Perform takeoffs from architectural plans Visit job sites as needed Work closely with sales on bids and opportunities Identify new project opportunities Implement and use Bluebeam for digital takeoffs Help improve and standardize our estimating process What We're Looking For 5+ years construction estimating experience Experience with commercial projects Ability to read plans and perform takeoffs Comfortable in both office and field Strong Excel skills Bluebeam experience (or ability to implement it)
