The ideal candidate is someone who could honestly be described as "never met a stranger." You are comfortable picking up the phone, walking through a customer's door, visiting a job site, introducing yourself to someone you have never met, and asking: "What are you building, and how can we get an opportunity to work with you?" We are looking for someone who is persistent, confident, personable, competitive, and unwilling to simply sit back and wait for business to come to us.
