The Role:

Prepare accurate cost estimates across a variety of commercial projects Work on both hard bid and negotiated projects Review drawings, specifications, and project documents Manage subcontractor outreach and bid leveling Collaborate with internal teams through preconstruction and handover

What They're Looking For:

Experience working as an Estimator for a Commercial General Contractor Strong understanding of commercial construction projects ($2.5M

• $55M range) Proficient with Procore and Bluebeam (required) Comfortable using modern tools such as ChatGPT, Dodge Network, and Squarefoot Tech-savvy individual who is open to leveraging new systems and AI tools Strong communication and organizational skills
