full-time We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join a growing and respected construction organization specializing in complex infrastructure and heavy civil bridge projects. Responsibilities Analyze project plans, specifications, and bid documents to develop accurate estimates Plan, organize, and manage multiple bid opportunities and deadlines simultaneously Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and internal stakeholders throughout the estimating process Solicit, review, and evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotations Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity takeoffs, and pricing analyses Support successful project handoffs to operations teams following award Assist with project budgets, cost tracking, change management, and monthly reporting activities Maintain accurate bid records, vendor databases, estimating files, and project documentation Qualifications 3+ years of estimating experience within heavy civil, bridge, concrete, transportation, marine, or infrastructure construction Strong understanding of construction methods, plans, specifications, and contract documents Experience preparing quantity takeoffs and detailed cost estimates. Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders Proficiency with estimating and construction management software. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
