Job Description
Position Summary:
Seeking an experienced Pipe/Plumbing Estimator to prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial and industrial plumbing and mechanical piping projects. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of NC plumbing/mechanical codes, construction documents, and estimating software, with the ability to develop complete project costs and communicate scope effectively.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate plumbing and mechanical piping estimates using Quick Pen.Review plans, specifications, addenda, and bid documents.
Perform quantity takeoffs and verify estimate accuracy and completeness.
