Collaborate with clients, insurance adjusters, contractors, and suppliers through negotiation to establish fair pricing and scope of work. Prepare accurate bid packages that include labor, materials, equipment costs, and profit margins. Monitor project costs throughout the restoration process to ensure adherence to budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities. Assist in contract negotiations and review contractual documents to align scope and pricing with project requirements. Skills Proficiency in construction estimating tools such as Xactimate. Strong knowledge of construction estimating principles, cost control measures, and pricing strategies. Experience with construction site assessments, damage evaluation, and project management fundamentals. Excellent negotiation skills to coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors effectively. Familiarity with construction management processes, contracts, and project documentation.
