- Independent contractor role with control over your schedule. What You'll Do Meet Homeowners & Provide Estimates
- Conduct on-site visits in Wilmington, NC Metro area, take measurements/photos, and prepare proposals using estimating software. Sell & Book Jobs
- Present estimates, highlight our value, and close the sale. Maintain Profitability
- Sell jobs at or above the company's target gross profit to meet profitability goals. Cultivate Referral Partners
- Build relationships with Realtors, property managers, and local business owners to grow sales faster. Manage Communication
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and follow-ups with professionalism. Collaborate with the Team
- Work closely with office and field staff to ensure smooth project execution.
What We're Looking For Location:
Must live in or around Wilmington NC Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation- Travel to main office everyday is required. Sales-Driven & Results-Oriented
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Strong Negotiation & Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to address concerns and find win-win solutions. Excellent Communication Skills
- Build trust quickly with customers and referral partners. Tech-Savvy & Organized
- Comfortable with CRM systems, estimating software, and Microsoft Office and own a smart phone. Preferred Experience
- Home improvement, construction sales, remodeling, or project management background that is Independent, reliable, and able to manage your time with minimal oversight. Who Thrives in This Role Sales Pros Who Enjoy Face-to-Face Interaction
