Job Description

Job Summary:
Superior Electric is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Electrical Estimator to join our team. In this role, you'll review project plans and specifications, prepare accurate cost estimates, solicit vendor and subcontractor pricing, and help our team pursue commercial, industrial, and other electrical construction opportunities. Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents
Duties:
Review drawings, specifcations, and bid documents Complete material and labor takeoffs Prepare competitve and accurate project estimates Request and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes Identify project risks, exclusions, and value-engineering opportunities Work closely with project managers, field leaders, customers, and vendors Assist with bid submissions and project handoffs What we're looking for: Electrical construction or estimating experience Strong understanding of electrical systems, materials, and installation methods Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple bids simultaneously. Effective client/peer communication skills to present estimates clearly and professionally. Comfortable working with estimating and Microsoft Office software Ability to manage multiple bids and meet deadlines Electrical field experience is strongly valued Superior Electric offers a team-focused work environment, challenging projects, and opportunities to build a long-term career with an established electrical contractor.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
