A well established, 100-year-old, specialized agricultural construction firm is seeking a Drafter / Project Assistant. This position is based out of the home office in West Fargo, ND.

Key Responsibilities:

Proficient and experienced with Auto

CAD 2026.

Revit experience is a plus, but not necessary as we currently operate on Auto

CAD 2026.

Solicit, analyze & compare vendor & subcontractor quotes (on the job training) Assist with generating Motor / Device lists and project specifications (on the job training) Assist with crane pick plans (on the job training) Assist project management and purchasing (on the job training) Ability to operate a telehandler / skid steer is a plus to assist with loading and unloading trucks on occasion at the office and clear snow. Must be willing and able to travel to a jobsite during slips weeks only. All travel expenses are paid. Travel is predicted to be one to four weeks throughout any given year and is entirely dependent on project make-up.
