This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has spent time in the field—Superintendents, Foremen, Field Engineers, or experienced utility/civil professionals—and is ready to learn the business from the project management and estimating side. You don't have to already be a seasoned PM or Estimator. If you understand how heavy civil projects are built, have a strong work ethic, and are willing to learn, this company is willing to invest in you and help you develop into the role.
