Our Client is in need of an experienced Contents Division Manager to take over their department and bring it to the next level!!

Salary:

$65,000 to $75,000 base plus commission Open to relocation candidates with a proven track record of restoration experience! Some relocation assistance is available. Immediate hire!

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience as a Contents Manager with a disaster restoration firm Extensive knowledge and ability to utilize Xactimate estimating software Ability to estimate and manage projects as needed Thorough understanding of inventory input, proper pack out procedures, and the latest industry technology

Contents Department for Leader for a Fire Water damage restoration company and is a self-starter, personable and a professional individual who prides themselves in growing in their craft, i.e. honing your Xactimate skills, expanding your knowledge of the codes, etc. Professionally represent the company principles of: attitude, honesty and integrity Oversee and manage the crews and division operations Conduct all communication with the homeowner while at job site Coordinate and direct Techs Ensure staff completes homeowner paperwork or daily job documentation as necessary Clean and process affected contents Repackage cleaned contents Be proactive in communicating with staff, homeowners, Technicians, Estimator, Management and other team members Jobsite security and safely You need to be able to estimate Contents related to water, mold and fire losses in Xactimate and Sketch. #
