Full-Time Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Supervisor / Estimator to oversee field operations while also supporting the estimating and bidding process. This dual-role position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who understands both hands-on landscape management and the financial side of project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage landscape maintenance and enhancement crews Ensure all work is performed to the highest quality and safety standards Conduct site visits to assess property conditions and client needs Prepare accurate estimates for maintenance, cleanups, and enhancement projects Perform material takeoffs, labor calculations, and cost analysis Assist in preparing proposals and bid packages Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams Monitor job progress, budgets, and profitability Train and mentor crew members to improve performance and efficiency

Qualifications:

3-7 years of experience in landscape maintenance, construction, or related field Proven experience in estimating or bidding landscape projects Strong knowledge of plant materials, turf care, seasonal services, and site management Ability to read site plans and perform accurate takeoffs Estimating software a plus Valid driver's license (CDL a plus) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
