In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for a variety of construction projects. Your expertise will help guide project planning, bidding strategies, and resource allocation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to deliver successful projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate is energetic, highly organized, and requires a background with kitchen and bath design. Responsibilities Designing kitchens and baths using 2020 software, from architectural plans Using Excel to create detailed bid proposals Skilled at taking incoming bid requests and calls Prioritizing meeting deadlines Communicate project information with customers and co-workers Requirements Proficient in 2020 Design The Industry's Leading Kitchen Design Software- Interior design software for kitchen and bath designers Strong written and oral communication skills Strong computer skills, including MS-Excel, Word, and Outlook Able to read and understand architectural drawings and specifications Problem solving Understand cabinetry terminology and products
