We are committed to educating consumers and serving patients and families with the utmost dignity and grace. What You'll Do As an Admissions Registered Nurse, you will:Assess Patient Needs:
Identify and evaluate the physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs of patients and their families.Develop Care Plans:
Initiate appropriate interventions and create comprehensive, responsive care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.Coordinate Care:
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (IDT) to ensure seamless delivery of services to patients and families.Educate Caregivers:
Provide education to patients, families, and primary caregivers on effective care techniques and best practices. Advocate forPatients:
Maintain regular communication with attending physicians, long-term care facility staff, HMO case managers, and other stakeholders to advocate for the patient's needs and preferences.What You Need Licensure:
Valid New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license.Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience in an acute-care hospital setting, preferably in medical, surgical, or oncology units.Clinical Skills:
Current clinical practice with a strong focus on customer service.Communication:
