Position :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientedEstimator / Project Manager to join our growing synthetic turf and commercial landscape team. Our projects include playgrounds, commercial landscapes, rooftops, amenity spaces, multifamily properties, schools, and other commercial applications. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking a project from estimating and bidding through installation and completion. The ideal candidate is organized, construction-minded, comfortable reading plans, and able to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong customer and contractor relationships.

What You'll Do:

Review architectural and landscape plans, specifications, and bid documents. Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare accurate project estimates and proposals. Estimate materials, labor, equipment, freight, and subcontractor costs. Coordinate pricing and purchasing with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors. Attend site visits and preconstruction meetings as needed. Manage awarded projects from contract through installation and closeout. Coordinate materials, deliveries, installation crews, subcontractors, and schedules. Communicate with general contractors, landscape architects, developers, property managers, and customers. Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, purchase orders, and project documentation. Monitor budgets, schedules, job costs, and overall project profitability. Visit job sites to monitor progress, quality, and field conditions. Manage multiple estimates and active projects simultaneously.

What We're Looking For:

1st and foremost, we are looking for a team player who works well with staff and clients and has a genuine interest in promoting safe and clean lifestyle and amenity enhancements. 3+ years of experience in estimating, project management, construction, landscaping, synthetic turf, or a related field. Ability to read architectural, landscape, and construction drawings. Experience with takeoffs, estimating, budgeting, and project coordination. Ability to successfully build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, general contractors through Lunch and Learns. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Excel and estimating/project-management software such as CAD and in-house estimating software. Commercial landscape, synthetic turf, playground, or rooftop project experience is a plus.

Compensation:
