Rockefeller's Construction, Inc. Rockefeller's Construction is looking for an experienced, motivated Construction Estimator to join our team in Albuquerque. We are seeking a proven construction professional who understands residential and/or commercial construction, can accurately assess project scopes, prepare detailed estimates, and communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and project managers. Compensation $22- $30 per hour based on experience, qualifications, and certifications. Position Full-Time | In Person This is primarily an in-person position in Albuquerque, NM. Remote candidates are not preferred. The Ideal Candidate Proven experience as a Construction Estimator Experience estimating residential and/or commercial construction projects Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, labor, and project costs Ability to perform job-site inspections and accurately determine project scope Experience preparing detailed, accurate estimates and scopes of work Proficiency with Xactimate and/or other construction estimating software Ability to read and understand construction plans, drawings, and specifications Strong knowledge of construction materials and industry practices Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple estimates and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional customer-service skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with project managers, field personnel, and office staff Required Qualifications Proven construction estimating experience Demonstrated knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction Strong computer and estimating-software skills Valid driver's license Ability to conduct in-person job-site inspections Construction-related certifications, licenses, or formal training are a plus

Responsibilities Inspect properties and evaluate construction needs Develop accurate scopes of work and project estimates Calculate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs Prepare estimates and proposals for customers and insurance-related projects Communicate with customers, adjusters, subcontractors, and vendors Review project plans, specifications, and existing conditions Assist project managers with budgeting and change orders Maintain organized and accurate project documentation Help ensure estimates accurately reflect the work required to complete each project Why Join Rockefeller's?
