None Required. The Opportunity You will serve as the primary engine for business growth, identifying and securing new large-scale paving projects. This role offers the unique chance to make a visible impact within a growing company where your success directly dictates your earning potential. You will have the autonomy to hunt for new deals and build a lucrative book of business from the ground up. How You Will Make an Impact Identify and qualify new commercial and industrial leads to build a robust sales pipeline. Negotiate and close high-value paving contracts to meet and exceed aggressive growth targets. Cultivate long-term relationships with property managers and developers to ensure repeat business. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure project scopes align with client expectations and budgets. Represent the BMG Paving Inc. brand with professionalism and deep industry knowledge during site visits. Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to maintain a strategic advantage in the territory. Required Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in a "hunter" sales role or business development capacity. Demonstrated ability to source new leads, pitch services, and finalize contracts independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary for high-stakes client negotiations. Willingness to work onsite and travel to potential project locations as required. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Prior experience within the paving, construction, or industrial services sectors. Established network of contacts within the commercial property management or facility maintenance industry. Strong track record of managing long-cycle sales processes from initial contact to project hand-off.
