Job Description
Overview We bid jobs for Town of Hempstead and NC Community development. All jobs are located in Nassau County. We could have 2-4 bids a month or none at all. This is an as needed job. Most jobs are measuring for roofing, siding, windows doors, then give measurements to office where we will then get prices and send into the town. Also take pictures of house and areas of work We get a few weeks notice normally when a bid is coming up. The walk thru takes usually 1/2 hour or so Responsibilities Follow the scope of work given to you and measure up all on the scope at the homeowners address. You will need the ability to upload pictures and measurments to the office. Experience This would be ideal for a retired estimator looking for some extra money .
