Fire/Water restoration company looking to fill an office position in a fast paced, team driven environment with a positive office culture where everybody equally serves our clients with an upbeat and positive attitude. We are looking for a reliable Restoration Estimator to assist in the daily operations of our invoicing department. He/She will undertake tasks such as reviewing documents, preparing accurate job descriptions, estimating and calculating the costs of projects, and more. The tasks of the office administrator will focus on software usage while ensuring accuracy. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The Restoration Estimator position is for a detail-oriented individual, responsible for writing financial-focused invoices and proposals. Responsibilities Use of insurance-based software system Analyze and review documents pertaining to each project Create, review and revise accurate invoices/proposals Able to access databases with personnel, financial and other data Submit invoices/proposals in a timely manner Work closely with Project Manager to enable accuracy Skills Experience in construction/restoration/estimating highly recommended Bookkeeping experience will be strongly considered. Outstanding organizational and detail-oriented skills Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software. High school diploma is required. Xactimate experience strongly considered, but not necessary. Willing to train! Salary will be based on experience.
