Junior Estimator Job Description We are seeking an entry-level Junior Estimator to join a Marine Construction company located in Westhampton Beach. This role involves estimating for a variety of projects, with 70% of these being public and the remainder private. Prior knowledge of construction or estimating is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided. Responsibilities Assist with estimating tasks for both public and private marine construction projects. Support the project team with data entry and analysis. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure accurate project assessments. Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook, for estimation tasks and communication. Essential Skills Bachelor's degree. 1+ year of professional experience in the workforce. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. Interest in construction estimating. Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong email etiquette. Work Environment The office is located in Westhampton Beach, providing a manageable commute from various locations on the island, with the benefit of opposite rush hour traffic.
