Chief Estimator

This key role involves guiding and enhancing the estimating function within the Fire Sprinkler Installation Division. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading a talented group, crafting precise and competitive project proposals, and ensuring timely completion of all tasks in a high-energy setting. Responsibilities include steering the division's estimating department, nurturing and coaching junior staff, and performing detailed reviews of bid documentation, specifications, and architectural diagrams to generate exact cost projections. Additional duties involve maintaining supplier pricing structures, utilizing advanced estimation software, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure project continuity from concept to execution, and effectively engaging with contractors to clarify proposals. The role also demands managing multiple projects concurrently, supporting strategic initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis and identifying innovative solutions.
