Responsibilities Conduct thorough analysis of bid documents Define and quantify scopes of work Perform detail bid cost estimates using estimating software HCSS Research new materials and equipment for cost and constructability Solicit subcontractor proposals and perform a complete analysis Provide enhanced concepts for alternate material, equipment, and means-and-methods Qualifications Bachelor's degree in civil or mechanical engineering or construction management Ability to estimate and price for multiple bids at one time Strong understanding of the greater NY, NJ, and CT construction markets Proficient in HCSS, Excel, and WORD Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills Knowledge of Auto
