- Prepare quantity takeoffs, labor calculations, and material estimates for commercial construction projects.
- Collaborate with preconstruction teams to develop competitive bid submissions.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to identify project costs.
- Assist with budgeting, value engineering, and conceptual estimating efforts.
- Support project pursuits across healthcare, industrial, multifamily, and education sectors.
- 2+ years of construction estimating experience.
- Experience performing takeoffs and preparing estimates for projects valued at $5M+.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience within commercial construction markets preferred.
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Offer Salary:
$90,000 - $135,000 + Bonus- 10-15% annual bonus opportunity and 3 weeks PTO.
