• Prepare quantity takeoffs, labor calculations, and material estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Collaborate with preconstruction teams to develop competitive bid submissions.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to identify project costs.
• Assist with budgeting, value engineering, and conceptual estimating efforts.
• Support project pursuits across healthcare, industrial, multifamily, and education sectors.

• 2+ years of construction estimating experience.
• Experience performing takeoffs and preparing estimates for projects valued at $5M+.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience within commercial construction markets preferred.
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
