Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients to understand their project needs and present tailored solutions that align with their home project goals Prepare detailed estimates by analyzing project specifications, drawings, and bid documents using tools like Moraware software. Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients to secure profitable agreements while maintaining excellent customer relations Assist in managing project budgets by monitoring costs, implementing cost control measures, and ensuring estimates stay within scope Support the sales process from initial inquiry, providing timely follow-up and communication Skills Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable terms while fostering client relationships Preferred experience countertop or cabinet estimating Good understanding of construction estimating principles Excellent communication skills with clients This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career at the intersection of sales and countertop estimation.
