Heavy Civil / WWTP Estimator Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Estimator to support heavy civil and wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing competitive estimates for sitework, utilities, concrete, process piping, and related heavy civil scopes. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines are essential. Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates and bid proposals for heavy civil and WWTP projects Review plans, specifications, and contract documents Perform quantity takeoffs and solicit subcontractor/vendor pricing Coordinate with project managers, operations teams, and clients during the bidding process Track bid schedules, budgets, and project documentation Assist with change orders and cost analysis as needed Qualifications Experience estimating heavy civil and/or WWTP construction projects required Knowledge of sitework, underground utilities, concrete, and process piping preferred Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Bonus opportunities based on performance Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Company vehicle or vehicle allowance to be provided Opportunities for long-term growth and advancement Send resume to mitchell.guerrieri@gogpac.com for more information
