ABC Windows And More is looking for a motivated Home Improvement Sales Representative / Residential Project Estimator to join our growing team. Internally, we call this position a Professional Residential Project Manager and In-Field Job Estimator because we are looking for much more than someone who can simply make a sales pitch. We want someone who can sit down with a homeowner, understand what they are trying to accomplish, evaluate and measure the project, recommend the right solution, prepare an accurate estimate, confidently ask for the business, and follow up until the job is sold. If you're hungry to sell, comfortable talking with homeowners and know your way around residential construction, we want to talk to you.

WHAT YOU'LL SELL ABC

Windows And More offers homeowners a broad range of exterior and home improvement solutions, giving you opportunities to sell across multiple project categories, including: Replacement Windows Sunrooms & Screen Rooms Decks & Outdoor Living Awnings Pergolas & Louvered Roof Systems Roofing Vinyl & Specialty Siding Entry & Patio Doors And additional residential improvement projects (including kitchen/bathroom remodeling, additions, garages and MORE) Instead of being limited to selling one product, you'll have the opportunity to help homeowners with projects throughout their home.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

This is an in-field, customer-facing sales and estimating position . You'll be expected to: Meet with homeowners and professionally represent ABC Windows And More Listen to customers and identify their needs, priorities and budget Measure residential projects accurately Develop and present project recommendations and estimates Explain product options, features and value in easy-to-understand terms Ask for the sale and close business Follow up consistently with open estimates and prospective customers Reconnect with previous customers to uncover additional opportunities Maintain an active sales pipeline and move opportunities forward Communicate effectively by phone, text, email and in person Maintain accurate customer and project information Coordinate a professional handoff of sold projects to the production team Look for opportunities to increase project value while always recommending what's appropriate for the homeowner

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The right person doesn't need to fit into a perfect box. We're interested in talking with you if you have a strong combination of sales ability, construction knowledge, estimating experience and customer communication skills. Home improvement sales experience is strongly preferred, especially experience with windows, roofing, siding, doors, remodeling or exterior home improvements.

Successful candidates will typically have:

Previous sales experience with a proven desire to close Home improvement, construction or residential remodeling knowledge Ability to accurately take field measurements Ability to calculate square footage, linear footage and project quantities Strong communication and presentation skills Confidence discussing pricing and asking customers to make a decision Excellent follow-up habits Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable using computers, smartphones, email and sales/estimating software Dependability and professional appearance A valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer appointments Experience matters. COMPENSATION & OPPORTUNITY

Expected earning opportunity: approximately $60,000 - $150,000+ annually, depending on sales performance. This is a performance-driven position, so income potential will depend heavily on your ability to develop opportunities, follow up, close projects and produce results. We are also open to discussing compensation structure and other employment considerations with the right candidate.
