Direct line of communication with field leadership, project executives, and owners—your voice directly impacts bid strategy and buyout. What We're Looking For 3+ years up to Executive Level of dedicated experience estimating heavy civil, site development, or heavy highway work. Solid command of earthwork modeling and civil estimating tools (e.g., HCSS HeavyBid, B2W, AGTEK, or Bluebeam). Working knowledge of ODOT specifications and Northeast Ohio municipal utility standards. Background in civil engineering, construction management, or substantial field-to-office experience.
