Job Description

Overview Prepare complex manufacturing modeling and drawing solutions of various types of boilers and ancillary equipment utilizing Autodesk Inventor.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Modify existing parts, assemblies, details and bills of materials. Create new standards and proposal drawings as directed. Verify accuracy of models, details and bills of materials of work for self and others. Identify and solve complex design problems. Structure models, details and BOM in a clear standard. Other assignments as needed to support department efficiency and productivity.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience creating shop fabrication detail drawings for an engineered product (preferably in a variation of boilers, burners, structural and piping). Minimum 3+ years of piping experience utilizing Inventor is preferred. Tube and Pipe Inventor Add-On a plus but not required. Must be able to visualize mechanical systems and be able to produce manufacturing drawings and details. Self-motivated and willing to learn new designs and software. Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, Cloud, To Do). #
