Excellent Benefits Package Job Description People Source Staffing is recruiting an experienced Project Manager / Estimator for a large and growing construction company in Oklahoma City. This is a key position for a construction professional who can help identify and pursue new project opportunities, support estimating and the bid process, move awarded projects through contracting, and assist with the transition from preconstruction into project operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both the estimating and project management sides of construction and be comfortable working with owners, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new construction project opportunities Assist with construction estimating and bid preparation Review project plans, specifications, scopes, and requirements Support preconstruction planning and contract processes Coordinate with owners, contractors, vendors, and project teams Help transition awarded projects from estimating and preconstruction into operations Assist with initial project management responsibilities Maintain strong communication throughout the estimating and preconstruction process Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners Help ensure projects are properly positioned for a successful start Qualifications Previous construction project management and/or estimating experience Experience with estimating, bidding, and preconstruction processes Understanding of construction contracts and project requirements Experience working with owners, contractors, vendors, and project teams Ability to identify and pursue new project opportunities Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects Strong understanding of the construction industry Compensation & Benefits $175,000 annual salary Direct hire opportunity Excellent benefits Opportunity to join a large, growing construction company Opportunity to contribute to major construction projects throughout the Oklahoma City market Interested in Learning More?
