ARRT Construction is looking for an experienced roofing professional to step into a key leadership position within our growing Roofing Division. We're looking for someone who already understands roofing, estimating, insurance restoration, and the numbers behind a profitable job — and is ready for an opportunity with more responsibility, more influence, and significantly more room to grow. This is not a sales position, a traditional project manager position, or a basic office-management job. You'll work alongside our Sales and Project Management teams and help manage the business side of our Roofing Division — making sure jobs are properly estimated, insurance is handled correctly, margins are protected, information is organized, and projects continue moving from opportunity to final payment. What You'll Be Doing Preparing roofing estimates and job-cost projections Reviewing insurance scopes and handling supplements Monitoring material, labor, and subcontractor pricing Managing CRM workflow and helping keep the roofing pipeline moving Coordinating with Sales and Project Management Preparing change orders, invoices, and insurance documentation Helping manage collections and financial closeout Solving problems and helping improve the way the Roofing Division operates We aren't looking for someone who needs to learn roofing from the ground up. Roofing and insurance restoration experience is important. You should already understand roofing systems, insurance claims, estimating, pricing, and how a roofing project comes together. You do not need to know our exact processes. We've developed our own systems over years in business, and we'll train the right person on how ARRT operates. Where This Position Can Go This is the part we're most excited about. ARRT Construction has been in business since 2011 , and we're continuing to invest in and grow our Roofing Division. We're looking for someone who can grow with it. As volume increases, we don't expect this person to simply absorb an unlimited workload. As the business supports it, we intend to add additional estimating, insurance, administrative, or support personnel as needed. That means the opportunity can evolve from doing the work to increasingly leading the people and systems behind it. For someone who wants more than just another estimating job, there is significant room here to build a career, increase your income, and become an important part of where this division goes next.
Compensation & Benefits Expected Annual Compensation:
$80,000-$110,000+ Compensation includes a $1,200 weekly salary plus commissions. And the upside doesn't necessarily stop at $110,000. Because commissions are tied to the work flowing through the Roofing Division, continued company growth creates additional earning potential for the person helping us manage that growth.
We also offer:
Health & dental benefits Paid holidays Paid time off Monday-Friday schedule Primarily office-based work Performance-based earning potential Significant opportunity for advancement Who We're Looking For We're interested in talking with someone who: Has meaningful roofing and insurance-restoration experience Understands estimating, job costs, and roofing pricing Is organized and detail-oriented Is comfortable with technology and construction software Can communicate professionally with customers, adjusters, suppliers, and coworkers Takes ownership and follows things through Can make decisions and solve problems without needing constant direction Wants the opportunity to grow into a larger leadership role Experience with JobNimbus, Xactimate, EagleView, insurance supplementing, or similar roofing/restoration systems is a plus. No college degree is required. We're far more interested in your industry knowledge, ability, experience, and what you can bring to the team. If you're already successful in roofing but feel like you've reached the ceiling of your current position, this may be worth a conversation. We'd like to hear what you've done — and where you want to go next.
