Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain project budgets and maintain systems of checks and balances to manage projects to achieve success. Train and organize the project and project staff to meet goals. Assist the General Manager in negotiating project bids and estimating project costs. Assist General Manager in negotiating materials and equipment purchases. Support other divisions and Jet Industries. Track project changes and report any required changes to monthly billings to the General Manager. Ensure the project is set up and that the foremen have what they need to provide a successful project. Organize people and materials to meet the project schedule. Inform the General Manager of any deviations from projections. Periodically review projects for quality and client satisfaction. A review of projects in the field will be necessary. Generator project punch lists and verify that they have been completed. Submit change orders and RFI's to the General Contractor and maintain records. The project, project labor, and material needs, and coordinate schedules with other staff. Verify the accuracy of material needs and compliance with specifications. Review project contracts and ensure that liens and intents are in place.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 6 months to one (1) year of experience in electrical systems installation, design, and project estimating. Basic Proficiency in English required. Candidates must have a basic understanding of English for safety purposes and to communicate with colleagues, vendors, and contractors on-site effectively. The ability to follow instructions and engage with the team is essential for success in this role. Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 / hour
