We have been in business for over 40 years and continue to grow each year. We always hold true to our motto, Quality Products, Exceptional Service. We are looking for a self-motivated candidate to join our team. Applicants must reside within commuting distance of one of our five locations: Salem, OR Auburn, WA Spokane, WA Riverside, CA Sacramento, CA Key Responsibilities Research and track construction projects through databases, bid boards, and industry connections. Qualify opportunities and generate leads for the sales and estimating teams. Collaborate with the sales and estimating teams to ensure accurate project handoff. Provide regular reports and updates on project pipeline and lead generation activities.

Qualifications:
Experience in construction supply, sheet metal, roofing, or a related field preferred. Ability to read and understand construction specifications. Strong research and networking skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Familiarity with construction project databases (e.g., Dodge, ConstructConnect) a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and CRM systems.
