Job Description
Job Summary MDCL Contracting LLC is looking for a Construction Estimator to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who knows construction, has a good eye for detail, and can turn a project into an accurate, profitable estimate. What You'll Estimate Roofing Siding Decks Fencing Painting What You'll Do Review project details, measurements, photos, and plans Calculate materials, labor, waste, and project costs Build accurate estimates and customer proposals Communicate with customers and suppliers when needed Visit job sites for measurements when necessary Help make sure every project is priced correctly before it goes to the customer What We're Looking For Construction experience is preferred, especially in one or more of the areas above. You should be comfortable with measurements, basic construction math, computers, and communicating with customers. This is an opportunity to grow with a company that is building something.
