Job Description
Job Description We are seeking a Project Manager / Estimator with experience in heavy civil, roadway construction, sitework, and public utilities . The ideal candidate will have experience working on Federal, State, County, or City roadway projects and be comfortable managing projects while assisting with estimating and bidding. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day project operations and coordination. Assist with estimates, bids, budgets, and schedules. Coordinate with owners, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams. Review plans, specifications, quantities, and project costs. Track project progress, costs, and changes. Help ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Qualifications 3+ years of heavy civil/roadway construction experience. Experience with roadway, sitework, and/or public utility projects. Estimating and project management experience preferred. Ability to read plans, specifications, and contract documents. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
