We are a rapidly growing residential electrical contractor specializing in new construction, with 11 locations and an expanding footprint. We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and driven Residential Electrical Estimator to help support our continued growth. What You'll Do Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for residential new construction projects. Review blueprints, plans, and specifications to determine project scope. Perform material takeoffs and labor calculations. Coordinate with builders, project managers, and field teams to ensure estimate accuracy. Request and evaluate vendor and supplier pricing. Track bid opportunities and maintain estimating records. Assist with value engineering and cost-saving recommendations. Support operations with change orders and pricing as needed. What We're Looking For Experience estimating residential electrical new construction projects. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and electrical drawings. Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and time management abilities. Proficiency with estimating software, Microsoft Excel, and construction management tools is a plus. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
