Our company has grown to 11 locations by delivering quality work, building strong relationships, and investing in our people. As we continue to take on larger commercial projects, we're looking for an estimator who can confidently analyze plans, identify opportunities, and produce accurate, competitive bids that help drive our success. This is an opportunity to become a key contributor in a company where your knowledge and experience directly impact growth. Responsibilities Develop complete electrical estimates for commercial construction projects. Review project drawings, specifications, and bid documents to determine project scope. Prepare detailed material and labor estimates. Solicit and evaluate pricing from suppliers and subcontractors. Identify scope gaps, conflicts, and value engineering opportunities. Prepare bid proposals and supporting documentation. Collaborate with project managers, operations, and leadership throughout the bidding process. Assist with budgeting, change order pricing, and project handoffs after award. Qualifications Previous experience estimating commercial electrical projects. Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems, materials, and installation methods. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. A proactive mindset with a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work. What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience.
