MANAGER / ESTIMATOR

Join Our Team! We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager / Estimator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage projects from initial estimate through completion while maintaining strong relationships with customers, employees, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate project estimates and proposals Review plans, specifications, and project requirements Coordinate projects from start to finish Schedule labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors Communicate with customers, vendors, and field personnel Monitor project costs, budgets, and timeline schedule Identify potential issues and develop solutions Review change orders and project documentation Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget Maintain accurate project records and documentation

Qualifications:

Previous experience in project management, estimating, construction, or a related field Strong understanding of project costs, materials, and labor Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to read plans and specifications Strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Proficiency with computers and estimating/project management software Valid driver's license We're Looking for

Requirements:

High School Diploma 2 years construction estimation experience 2 valid references College preferred Material Estimation Experience Required
