In this consultative, commission-based role, you'll conduct residential property assessments, diagnose foundation issues, and develop accurate, high-integrity estimates for repair work. APPOINTMENTS BY OFFICE
) Engage directly with customers to explain findings and offer tailored repair solutions. Prepare clear, detailed estimates based on company guidelines and best practices. Build trust and educate clients throughout the estimating and sales process. Collaborate with production to ensure estimates are aligned with scope and capacity. Maintain accurate records of site visits, proposals, and communications. Utilize CRM systems to manage pipeline and follow-ups. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and client satisfaction targets. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in residential construction estimating High school diploma or GED preferred. Must be comfortable with tight spaces (crawl spaces) Strong understanding of foundation and structural systems in residential buildings. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow up promptly. Comfortable driving to client homes. (within 100 miles of Portland area) Valid drivers license & meet company insurance requirements. No specific certifications required.
