Construction Estimator (Industrial & Commercial Projects)

Location:

Allentown, PA (On-site)

Job Type:

Full-Time Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in construction estimating (industrial and commercial projects preferred) Strong understanding of estimating, bidding, procurement, and subcontractor negotiations Experience with GMP, Lump Sum, and conceptual estimating Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents Knowledge of building codes and design approval processes Proficiency with estimating software/tools (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Procore, Sage, RSMeans) Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment

Pay:

$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
