As an industry leader, we are committed to quality craftsmanship, innovation, and exceptional customer service. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Residential Estimator to join our team at our Allentown location. Position Overview The Residential Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate quotes for kitchen, bath, and retail customers, as well as supporting sales and customer service efforts. This role requires strong math skills, attention to detail, and experience in stone or solid surface estimating. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review estimates for residential projects (kitchen, bath, and retail/WIS customers) Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internet leads Ensure all quotes are accurate and properly documented Analyze quotes to identify pricing trends and opportunities Communicate revisions and updates to team members Stay current on material costs and supplier pricing Contact vendors for pricing on non-stock materials Assist showroom walk-in customers as needed Verify remnant inventory for job use Collaborate with sales and management to close orders Qualifications Minimum 1 year of stone and/or solid surface estimating experience Strong math skills (including decimal-to-fraction conversions) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and organizational ability Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Schedule Monday-Friday:
