Job Description Develop detailed project cost estimates and bid proposals. Review plans, specifications, and contract documents. Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing analysis. Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids. Identify risks, cost-saving opportunities, and value engineering options. Partner with operations and project management teams during preconstruction. Assist with bid strategy and proposal development. Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits. Experience with commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, multifamily, hospitality, or institutional projects. Strong attention to detail and analytical skill set. Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously. Salary Range:
$100,000 - $130,000
