Premier Door, Frame & Hardware is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Project Manager / Estimator to join our team on-site in Malvern, PA. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong experience in Division 8 Commercial Doors, Frames, Hardware, and the ability to confidently read and interpret architectural plans. What You'll Do Develop new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships Manage projects from initial estimating through final installation Prepare detailed takeoffs for hardware, hollow metal, and wood doors Support end-user aftermarket sales Communicate directly with customers via phone, email, and occasional job site visits Plan, track, and meet project schedules and deadlines Ensure projects stay within budget while meeting scope requirements Perform additional duties as needed to support team and business goals What We're Looking For 3-5 years of experience in Division 8 Commercial Doors, Frames, and Hardware Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Customer-focused with a proactive, problem-solving mindset Travel to other Tague/Customer locations is required Pass a background check, physical, and drug screening Valid driver's license Work on-site, Monday - Friday in
