•USD150,000 per year Advancement Opportunity with Notable Contractor Opportunity to Join a Growing Team for an Established Contractor About Our Client Our client is an established heavy civil construction contractor with a strong reputation for delivering transportation, utility, excavation, and infrastructure projects for public and private sector clients. Due to continued growth and a healthy project backlog, the company is seeking an estimator to support ongoing bidding and preconstruction efforts. Job Description Prepare detailed estimates and quantity takeoffs for civil construction projects. Review plans, specifications, and bid documents. Develop labor, equipment, material, and subcontractor pricing. Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations. Participate in bid strategy meetings and estimate reviews. Identify project risks and value-engineering opportunities. Support project turnover and handoff to operations teams. Maintain estimating databases and historical cost information. Track market conditions and material pricing trends.
