: Job Summary

Join our dynamic team in Pittsburgh, PA, a city known for its vibrant culture, diverse economy, and rich history. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in estimating costs and ensuring the success of our projects.

Responsibilities

Prepare estimates and present findings to leadership.

Read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

Identify and quantify materials, equipment, and labor costs.

Develop construction schedules.

Attend meetings and site visits to gather necessary information.

Utilize MS Excel and Bluebeam Revu for estimation tasks.

Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, contractors, and team members.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Requirements

High proficiency in computer skills, focusing on MS Excel and Bluebeam Revu.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Capability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external peers and colleagues.

Associate's degree in construction, engineering, or a related field and/or relevant experience.

Ideal candidates will have 2 years of previous cost estimating and/or construction management experience.

Occasional travel, both locally and internationally, may be required.

Physical Aspects / Work Environment

Required to stand, walk, sit, and communicate effectively.

Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
