In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking post frame building solutions — from the initial inquiry through to a signed contract. You will combine strong sales instincts with technical estimating skills to deliver accurate, competitive quotes that win business and set projects up for success. What you will do Respond to inbound leads and proactively prospect new customers across residential, agricultural, and commercial markets Consult with customers to understand their building needs, Prepare detailed, accurate estimates and proposals for post frame building projects Present and explain quotes to customers. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lumber, steel, and component pricing Coordinate with project management teams to ensure smooth project handoffs Track quotes, follow up with prospects, Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in construction sales, estimating, or a closely related field Working knowledge of post frame or metal building construction methods Strong math and analytical skills for accurate pricing Excellent communication and customer service skills Preferred qualifications Experience with post frame or pole barn estimating software Background in agricultural, commercial, or equestrian building markets Familiarity with local building codes and permit requirements Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales goals Compensation & benefits Competitive hourly rate with commission Commission structure with uncapped earning potential Paid time off and company holidays Ongoing product and sales training Work environment This position is primarily office-based with occasional site visits to customer properties.
