Job Description Review plans, specifications, and project requirements. Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates. Develop conceptual budgets and bid proposals. Solicit and analyze subcontractor quotations. Identify value engineering opportunities. Maintain current market pricing and vendor relationships. Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and stakeholders. Support bid administration and project cost tracking. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience. Background in general contracting or commercial construction. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.
