Senior Estimator Location:

York, PA We are seeking a Senior Estimator responsible for leading the preparation and coordination of conceptual and final cost estimates for heavy civil construction projects, ensuring accurate and competitive bids. This role analyzes plans and specifications, performs quantity take-offs, collaborates with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and management teams, and provides technical expertise throughout the bidding, negotiation, and contract award process. The Senior Estimator also mentors estimating staff, supports bid strategy decisions, and maintains estimating systems and processes to drive efficiency and successful project pursuits.
